Switching from most providers is really simple and usually takes around 14 days. If you have an existing phone line, simply sign up for one of our great value packages and we’ll take care of the rest. If you don’t have a working phone line, we’ll normally need to send an engineer to install a new phone line - this costs £60. Your phone line and broadband will normally be live as soon as it is installed. If you want to keep your existing phone number, make sure you give it to us when you place your order.
If you are switching from Virgin Media, you will normally need to have a new phone line installed as they use a different network. Simply sign up to one of our great value packages and we’ll arrange for an engineer to come and install a phone line at a time that is convenient to you. Your phone line and broadband will normally be live as soon as it is installed. You will normally get a new phone number if you transfer from Virgin. You will need to contact Virgin Media to cancel your service, we recommend you do this once we have confirmed your activation date.
